  • Happy and successful alumni … and students.
  • Success of graduates.
  • Alumni success is an important indicator of the College’s success.
  • 4-year graduation rate, shows efficiency of system and keeps loans and costs down for students.
  • Demand to get in and the diversity of faculty and student body. This is important because schools should be a place of social change and many experiences should be represented in those conversations.
  • Students’ outcome should be the most important measure of the college’s success, because student outcomes reflect the school’s quality of teaching.
