- Strong, well-rounded education.
- Challenging curriculum.
- Academic achievement.
- Providence College is best known for tradition. Most graduates are quick to reflect on the tradition that PC instilled within them.
- A high number of high-achieving first-generation college students.
- Teacher prep.
- Reputation on the education quality.

- Rather than just bringing students of color to campus and expecting them to assimilate, the school needs to provide supports and sensitivity to them. The college needs to change too, we can’t expect students just to change.
- Diversity & integration.
- The college should be focusing on fostering its diversity and creating a campus that is welcoming to all students.
- Adding an Ed.D. and Ph.D. program(s).
- Increase diversity and educate faculty on cultural responsiveness.

- More supports for students of color, more diversity classes.
- Buy a bigger house.
- Pay off P.C. student loans.
- I would provide first generation students from low economic backgrounds scholarships.
- School scholarships to first-generation college students.
- More service learning projects to increase infrastructure of educational institutions in Rhode Island and SE Massachusetts.
- Scholarships for deserving (all kids who want a shot are deserving) low income students and money for mentorships in local urban schools and community.
- Open Chinese language school.

- How comfortable the students feel … all.
- Happy and successful alumni … and students.
- Success of graduates.
- Alumni success is an important indicator of the College’s success.
- 4-year graduation rate, shows efficiency of system and keeps loans and costs down for students.
- Demand to get in and the diversity of faculty and student body. This is important because schools should be a place of social change and many experiences should be represented in those conversations.
- Students’ outcome should be the most important measure of the college’s success, because student outcomes reflect the school’s quality of teaching.
