  • Nationally recognized leading Catholic liberal arts college (big emphasis from some groups on Catholic identity)
  • More recruitment in the West – national recruitment
  • Cleaning up off-campus life, perhaps moving off-campus students on campus?

  • Commit to DWC with full weight, more full-time faculty
  • Release time for colloquium teaching
  • More connections between DWC and business majors
  • More robust writing center and academic support services
  • Go local – tie into the community in ways that we haven’t before (charity begins at home)
  • Supporting faculty for scholarship and research

  • More full-time faculty and resources, less adjuncts
  • Spring Break trips for DWC like LAH does
  • Better financial aid for students
  • Scholarship students who WANT to be here, not just for the money
  • Endowed chairs supporting research and contributes to the intellectual life of the college
  • We should support DWC faculty teaching in the program

  • Sense of how many apply because it is Catholic
  • How many low-income students are we educating?
  • Creating communities among faculty and students, using creative spaces to do so.
