- Meet 100% of need for every student
- 100% job placement with no debt upon graduation
- Community service in payment for student loans
- Cristo Ray model – connect students with employers – employers help defray financial aid – similar to work study but money goes directly to tuition
- Academic excellence – to be perceived as a nationally recognized Catholic and Dominican College
- Experiential programs
- Premier national Catholic academic institution
- Continue to build on strong Friar Family and Alumni Collection – may lead to higher Career Placement and increased fundraising for goal of meeting 100% need
- Do not want to limit ourselves as “primarily undergraduate liberal arts” college. What long term effect will Business school growth have on Liberal Arts?

- Additionally, establish position for transition program

- Change LAH scholarships to % of total cost of attendance, as opposed to only tuition
- Add full engineering degree

- Add “centers” or signature academic programs (e.g., global citizenship)
- Overnight programs for all students, not just multicultural
- Maternity/Paternity leave for employees
- Reimbursement for grad programs outside of PC
- Welcome and admission center – full service
- More assistance for acute needs, like international students’ travel
- Consider and meet increased costs
- No more need aware for internat’l students, or more aid for internat’l
- Neighborhood economic development
- More attractive, “modern” courses
- Stipends for unpaid internships
- More “benefits” for outsourced campus workers (e.g., Sodexho, ABM)
- Seminar for faculty teaching DWC – learn from each other
